Spiral system of feed for grounded grain and granulated products

The administration of the feed is placed in the spiral PVC pipe resistant to abrasion. The spiral is made of special high-grade steel. It will not block, is extremely elastic and flexible while maintaining maximum strength.

Each spiral feeding system has a feed level sensor that provides automatic switching on and off after backfilling feeders.

Feeding line driver RP-1 was developed as part of an automatic system that controls feeding lines. This device is also used for controlling different type of devices equipped with 3-phase motor (e.g. pump, grinder, fan, etc.). The controller is equipped with an element that checks the correctness and proper sequence of voltage phases to prevent damage or activation of the motor in the opposite direction. The device is able to adjust the maximum current drawn by the motor.
