Spiral system line is mounted where feeders are in a straight line in small distances. The administration of the feed is placed in the spiral PVC pipe resistant to abrasion. The spiral is made of special high-grade steel. It will not block, is extremely elastic and flexible while maintaining maximum strength. Transport tube may be straight or bent at an angle up to 30°.
It is possible to connect any number of drains to the main transmission pipe. The telescopic pipes allow you to adjust the level of feed in the feeder. Specially made closing of the down pipe allows you to disconnect the drain while animals are not in a pen. Using charging hoppers you can freely extend and change the direction of the spiral feeding system.

Every automatic system of feed has a level sensor, which provides automatic switching on and off the feeding line after filling feeders or dispensers.
Feeding line controler RP-1 was developed as an element controlling work of automatic feeding lines. The controller has an element that checks the correctness and the proper sequence of voltage phase connection to prevent damage or activation of the motor in the opposite direction. The device is able to adjust the maximum current drawn by the motor. This device is applied to control a different kind of devices with 3-phase motor (eg, pump, grinder, fan, etc).
